Yesterday was Mother's Day, but I feel like I celebrated today. Ali was especially loving today. Well behaved and affectionate. Unsolicited hugs, kisses and giggles all day. I got to pick up my hairy daughter from the kennel today. I wasn't feeling too confident about the kennel on Friday when I dropped her off so I was excited to pick her up. She did fine. I love being a Mom!!!

It's the best thing ever, isn't it? Happy belated mothers day from the Shikes! I just got Livy & Hunter's pics back from Allyson and that was the best gift ever. I think I bawled through the slide show three times! I couldn't agree more about motherhood. Not easy, but wonderful. Hope you have a great week. We're keeping an eye out on your house (drive-bys to make sure all looks good from outside!)and praying for the sale of it!
